The room was lovely & nicely decorated with a really comfy bed & a lovely bathroom. Cosy lighting with aircon. Tea & coffee making facilities & an iron with an mini iron board. Complimentary large bottled water in the fridge. Really bright room with large window that opens fully meaning I could enjoy the sunshine in the room! And my therapy dog stayed with me! The airport shuttle is a huge advantage. Location close to a huge shopping mall!

The most consistent and best cleaning I ever had in a hotel. Unlike the neighbour hotel Axor Barajas this hotel has respect for its clients. Cleaning was daily, bottle of water and coffee daily, room tided daily. Heating was great and so the hot water, which is not the case always in the hotel next door. But watch out: the free shuttle is from the front of Axor Barajas hotel not from this hotel...I was not aware of this as it was my first stay there and I missed the planned shuttle (but got a new one 30 minutes later). They have also smoking rooms and windows are opening, which is again great for smokers like me.

The hotel is 10-15min away from the airport driving but we could not hear any noise (which is often a problem with hotels near airports!). The transfer to and from the airport is super convenient. We were worried because our flight was delayed, but the hotel staff were very nice and arranged for a pick up at the airport at 2am with no extra charge. This was really appreciated. The premises are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also of good quality. I will be staying again if I am ever connecting flights in Madrid.

The Hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle was very good. We had a double room with great twin beds and a nice modern bathroom with only a shower. We had a small dog. It was 20 euros extra, they even brought a dog bed and feed/water bowl to the room.

I appreciated the pet-friendly policy and its proximity to IFEMA. Those are the main reasons why we booked it.

Location was perfect for a very early flight. Hotel was clean and modern with a nice restaurant for dinner. The free shuttle was timely and helpful! Madrid is expensive so price seemed comparative with other places I considered. I mosly picked it because of my need for a 4am shuttle to the airport but was happy that it was a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. One thing to note: the air conditioning and lights are controlled by your key card. Our room was very hot when we arrived at 5 in the afternoony on a 90 degree da and took many hours to cool down.

We like the hotel, very convenient if you will travel from Barajas airport. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are confortable.

The airport bus service is very excellent. The room is very clean though it is a bit small

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and had plenty of counter and chair space. A window that you can open. Chromecast option on tv. Small fridge. Good amount of hooks in the bathroom and a radiator, which is a plus if you need to wash a few things or dry your swimsuits. Breakfast was decent, but nothing spectacular. Airport shuttle was very convenient. 15-20 min taxi ride from the city. 7 min walking from the Plenilunio shopping mall.
