Very nice deco, in a quiet area, a ten-minute walk from a huge shopping centre. Big bathroom and very clean.

The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle was great, well organized and on time. As soon as I checked in the lady asked if we needed airport shuttle to schedule it. She asked for terminal, which I was not sure, but when I mentioned the airline, she checked for the terminal. She also gave us great instructions on how to get back to the hotel from the Puerta de Alcalá area via public transportation, which was metro line 5, bus 77 and less than five minutes walk. Bed was super comfy and shower work well without much hassle to set the warm temperature I wanted.

Lovely hotel situated about 10 minutes from the airport. It has a sister hotel next door (less than 2 minutes walk) with full use of their facilities. The breakfast was varied and suitable for most dietary requirements. The food in the restaurant was excellent - had the best steak ever!! Highly recommend this. The bar serves hot snacks to midnight - also high-quality food. There is a free shuttle bus from and to the airport - easily distinuishable by colour and hotel name on side. Apart from the the hotel provided FREE transportation to the 2 Metallica gigs at the nearby stadium. There are taxis outside the hotel day and night for easy access into the city (roughly €20) Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful at all times (in both hotels) They welcome pets as well.

Customer service (for me) is key, and Axor has consistently offered the best customer care. The restaurant staff is also fantastic -- on several occasions they have prepared food for me despite closing/near closing time. The facility itself is top notch, and the rooms are peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property was lovely. The restaurant at the sister hotel was mediocre at best. The location to both downtown Madrid by public transportation and the airport was great. We took the airport shuttle to the airport and we asked which terminal to get off and the fellow told us 1 when in fact it was 4. We then had to take the airport bus to 4. They need to be accurate about the terminals since Madrid is a huge airport. Otherwise the room was great and the front desk people were nice and friendly.

I liked absolutely everything. The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from Atocha (train station). The actual hotel is very welcoming, very colorful, great staff and the room was incredibly relaxing. The food was fantastic from the restaurant.

The room was lovely & nicely decorated with a really comfy bed & a lovely bathroom. Cosy lighting with aircon. Tea & coffee making facilities & an iron with an mini iron board. Complimentary large bottled water in the fridge. Really bright room with large window that opens fully meaning I could enjoy the sunshine in the room! And my therapy dog stayed with me! The airport shuttle is a huge advantage. Location close to a huge shopping mall!

The Hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle was very good. We had a double room with great twin beds and a nice modern bathroom with only a shower. We had a small dog. It was 20 euros extra, they even brought a dog bed and feed/water bowl to the room.
